    No allergies; I've lived in Florida a few years in the past.
    I really like those master planned communities, especially with the way crime is escalating in the USA; those communities are safer.

    Problem with those communities is they get taken over by little tin pot dictators. Just not worth the annoyance for me. If you are worried about crime go buy 100 acres out somewhere, sublet the land to a local farmer.
    While crime isn't non-existent, it tends to be lower than even those community neighborhoods.

    Doesn't surprise me. I don't qualify for the 55+ communities. Personally, I qualify, but my wife is 30 yrs. younger than me and we have 2 children in high school.
    Yeah, I've heard stories of "The Villages" and also the same in nursing homes.
