The Pilot rewards card has a 1-800 customer service number on the back of the card that you can call.

They have been pretty helpful with me when I have called before.

    Concorde Thanks this.

That's exactly what I ended up doing and they were very nice to deal with.
They switched it over for me and gave me a shower credit, 500pts and put me down for 500 gallons of fuel.

I'm amused. You're a pro driver.... not a preferred customer! Get yur #### and get out!.... Oh, and here's a shower credit, good to use at any Pilot but this one. *smile and wink*

    Good catch!
    .
    "Preferred" definition
"like (one thing or person) better than another or others; tend to choose."

Now I feel like a second class citizen...

It IS kinda funny...."We're a truck stop, but a professional driver is NOT our preferred customer." ;)

Preferred customers are usually classified as RV customers and not professional drivers. They get discounts on fuel purchased but not shower credits.

Being a 1 truck operation I have to spread my fuel purchases around. I usually buy $200-250 at a time in different states so I always have an assload of showers. I always help out another driver even it they have one in case they need to save it.
