Not getting shower credits when I fuel at

Loves and Pilot. ..what the heck am I doing wrong!!

I'm on a 34 reset at Pilot in Colonial Heights VA and fueled up when I got here. Just checked "My Pilot" rewards and there's nothing there even though the fuel was around $350.00. I swipe my company's credit card then my rewards card and do not get a receipt when done at the pump.

Same with Loves...I've fueled up at least twice there an twice at Pilot and no credits show up...

I'm a new driver and only been solo for 9 days...what gives....what am I doing wrong?

Same is going on here, go inside and load them on the card.

Is def counted toward the 50 gallond for a shower credit? I cant remember but Im out of credits and looking to start squirrel some away. I know at TA petro its not counted toward there 60 gal but what about Pilot and loves? Thanks
