Does it go on your DOT report if they sent papers for a drug test 2 days later but you don’t show up for it because you possibly found a new job?
Not going to pre employment drug test

If you didn't take the screen, there is nothing to report.
-
Nope. Its just the cost of doing business. It sucks paying for the overnight shipping of the testing forms, but it is what it is.
You aren't employed until you depart for orientation. No test means there is nothing to report on someone who was never employed by the company. -
They only report failed tests or refused random/reasonable suspicion. If you get 5 job offers, and only accept one, you aren't expected to go test for all 5 offers.
-
If you show up, sign in, then walk out you failed. But if you don't work there no problem. Please make sure you are clean.

Pre-employment means just that! The job offer is conditional on you getting through orientation and getting a clean drug screen. Most carriers don't officially hire you until they hand you a fuel card! Job offer DOES NOT = A job! Let's not get these two things confused.
jethro712 Thanks this.
