Hopefully this coming weekend I'm to to purchase a pre emissions Volvo with ISX with a little over 1 million miles, my game plan is to park it until this fall at my friends shop. I know I need insurance, but can I get by not getting registration on it? It's a 2000, the dyno and oil sample came back looking good for the age of it. Wanting to save up more money for trailer and start up operating costs.
