When discussing clutch options with my local shop, I'd mentioned Lipe to them. They had nothing good to say about them. Granted its not a big shop by any means, but they hadn't had much luck using the Lipe clutches.
not really happy with my Lipe clutch

What's the difference between the ez pedal and the solo model? -
I'm not sure....
But I'm clutch shopping kinda... I Need to do more homework on that 2250..... -
Just out of curiosity, how are you guys adjusting the clutches? Are you doing the adjustment at the clutch or are you guys adjusting the linkages?

I do not like Lipe's however I have seen some run to high mileage. The difference if I am not confused is a HD Lipe is a single disc 17 in. diaphram? An HD EZ pedal is a 15 in. double disc with a center plate using multiple coil springs, an improved version of the most common clutch used for 40 years. A Solo means you are on your own unless you have company in the waiting room from other drivers waiting to get the clutch replaced in their new truck also, maybe they have improved.

I have a 2250 Eaton being a 550 cat and it works great so far hauling 150000 pounds off road logging and floating. Been in truck for about 13 months now and still yet to readjust it.
