I have been on the phone with a few different recruiters from different companies, and since i have a cdl and very little experience, it sounds like i can't get hired as a driver or i dont qualify for their training programs. also I talked to different recruiters from the same company and they had different things to say which tells me they don't know what they're talking about or they're just full of crap
So I guess my question is, How do I get experience when no one wants inexperienced drivers?
not sure what i can do

if so, don't they have a placement person that can help you find a job...????
if not, then you have to continue pounding the pavement and doors.
try getting a job at a warehouse loading trucks, and maybe moving them around the yard.
or try getting a fuelers job. -
not formal cdl training i got it while taking mechanic classes just so i can drive if a contractor needed me too so most of my experience is fuel and lube trucks and end dumps i will continue looking i know someone out there will hire me i appreciate the advice
