    Let me try and understand this, the 25 over ticket was dismissed in lieu of payment? (unlikely) It does not show on your record?
    Get a copy of your MVR and look and see what you were charged with. If it does not show on your MVR it didn't happen so stop telling on yourself.
    In the future take responsibility for your actions. YOU got the tickets dont blame everything else. In the future ,you can dispute every ticket in court, and as a professional driver that will be an absolute MUST. Every single ticket should be handed to an Attorney to fight for you.

    Lol did o say it was dismissed? No I didn't I said I got a ticket but was not convicted of reckless driving. And according to swift I can have no not than one ticket in a year, and no more than three in three years and must not have a RECKLESS DRIVING CONVICTION in three years. So I'm good!

    Arizona. I'm not really looking to travel away just for school knight has a terminal in Vegas which is two hours away from where ill be moving soon which is better than swifts 4 hours from where ill be moving.

    Well I got lucky, swift called me back and they have approved me to go to the school and eventually go on with them, my recruiter even said that because the time that I want to start that there will be no problem getting hired even with my ticket.
