    First things first..get your mvr and have someone run a background check on you..if it pops during those then there you go..

    All companies are required to at least do mvr and background..big companies will also run a DAC report.

    Some states only will allow a 5 year background check..some will allow 7 and some 10..only way you will know is check..

    Best bet..small company

    anything over 10 yrs u dont need to report period ...if they wanna dig it up farther back then they go issues anyhow ... i dont know of any company that goes back farther than ten years unless u had felonies and DWI even then shouldnt be a problem if its ten yrs old
