    Holy Crap! Looks to me like the storm drain was clogged somewhere and caused it to back up, with each surge. The truck just happened to drive buy, just before the pressure built up. :biggrin_2552::biggrin_2554:

    Yeah, but you know how the trucker's luck usually run. I'm sure somewhere theres a pencil pusher saying if that truck had not driven by that area the cover would still be in place :biggrin_25513:

    You know accidents like this are terribly unfortunate because I mean, of all the things that can happen to a driver of any vehicle, this is not something you would ever expect to run into.

    So since I'm clear that I sympathize, may I express the fact now that I was laughing my ### off at one point? When the guy gets out of his truck and is inspecting the damage caused by this freak incident, another surge comes along. Bwaahaahahahaha! Poor guy ends up running outta there freaked right the heck out. Oh god that was funny as all get out!
