    I got popped once with a 42 metric ton granite block on a 50 ton rgn pulling out of Dundalk marine terminal. Apparently there’s about 1000’ of Baltimore county on Broening Hwy north of there before crossing into the city. Only had a city permit. That ticket was north of $7000.

    Seriously, How does poor Sergei Have any money left?? Ticket in Mass- Last Year he had a $1600 ticket in Ohio for weight- His Truck was breaking down 5-6 years ago-.. Spending money left and right on trailers....
    Etc Etc.... He has no luck at all
