    Since the Swift/Knight acquisition has had time to take hold, I'd be interested in hearing from current driver/employees about the current state of US Xpress.

    It can't be that bad the only openings they have across the country are OTR according to their recruiters and website.. Supposedly they have a big dedicated and local division at most terminals but OTR is all that is available..

    To be fare, though, that's pretty much every company... Too many drivers and schools are still full.. Non-LTL megas have never cared about experience and solid work history...
