Too long? He was there less than 5 seconds before the trucker decided to go around? If I was this guys insurance company I'd deny his entire claim on grounds of utter stupidity and cancel his policy. That guy seriously does not need to be behind the wheel.

 

Inexcusable. And his Super-trucker trail of black exhaust just makes him look all the more idiotic.

 

There is a bright side to this , his lawyer will facilitate a sale of a black pete cheap

 

The pete prolly figured that the car missed his go after the tanker went by and seen nothing was still coming so he went for it. The car was likely waiting on the the dash cam truck to go.
