NTP warranty - Good or Bad

    I'm trying to gather information about this aftermarket warranty program.

    Arrow wants 6,000 for the 2 yr platinum and 5200 for the 1 year

    Just wondering if anyone has any first hand knowledge of the program supost to have a 150.00 deductible per occurance

    I know that others have said stay away from aftermarket warranties . I'm just trying to get first hand knowledge of this warranty program

    My experience with Arrow and that EXACT warranty.

    Read it carefully, as it doesn't cover head gaskets. Guess what went out on my truck? The #### HeadGasket to the tune of $5K. They wouldn't cover a single penny of it.

    Does that help you decide?

    Yep I asked the salesman just that ... He said it covers

    INTERNAL LEAKS ONLY ... Which made me think a little first sign of a head gasket is
    1. Coolent seen out side
    2. White smoke / internal

    Everything that is covered is internal which Im just not sure of

    save that money and put it aside and you won't be out of pocket when you've paid all that monies and no repairs covered.

    i would not buy the warrenty as in the reality of it is you gave some company 6000.00 dollars and you receive a piece of paper in return,with some promises, maybe's and not covered addem's in it.
    i would feel more confindent with the same money in my bank to pay for repairs and if you don't need to use it that money can towards your next truck or upgrade your current one.

    bank away $100 a week in a maintinence acctount you will be ahead of the game
    all insurance is betting they get to use your money and you wont need it

    I'm leaning toward the NOT getting it ...

    Only good stuff in it is

    Turbo , injectors ... The rest is just a gamble and really so is the other 2 parts I just mentioned ..

    NTP is as useless as the paper its written on. I work at a dealership and can tell you first hand its worthless.

    I figured as much to be honest seems too good to be true .. I'm sure that they got tons of red tape ... Arrow pushes it big time I'm sure they get a big fee cut back to push it .
