can someone tell me why the egr valve tube keeps cracking like its burning a hole in the tube. any suggestions......

Without additional information, I'm gonna say the regulator to your whisker biscuit valve isn't accommodating the thermonuclear particles from your flux capacitor. Could try hooking the thingy majig to the thingy. Best bet
