My wife and I were their top producers on their Argon Fleet. in 2016 we earned $93,000 each. The customer (Praxair) was great to work with. From the start we incurred maintenance issues. We'd take a week off and leave a list of repairs that would be ignored. We'd return to work and end up in a motel for a week while they repair the truck. They would always try to force us to go home without pay. We'd refused to be punished for their failures. They use "tag axle" tractors that beat the heck out of the person in the sleeper. While trying to sleep you would be airborne several times per night and making crash landings into the bunk. (They don't supply parachutes for sleeper.) The suspension was never right and they either would not or could not fix it. We at one time had no heat though the winter in the cab area. Tolerated this for 8 months. They fixed it when we threatened to seek other employment for the following winter. It was a constant battle to have repairs done. They had no concern of the safety or quality of life for drivers. When the refrigerator stopped working, they refused to fix it, Cost money. They would spend thousands to avoid repairs. A $1,000 tire they once refused to change on my request cost them several cost them several thousand in road service, shop and hotels. I can go on to include brake, steering and other issues. We finally resigned after being injured while sleeping during one to many crash landings in the bunk. Our health became more important than the income. This company is dangerous and unsafe to work for. I'd advise no one to work there.

Great thread, sorry for your problems. They have a few trucks signed on with a local company. The drivers are idiots.
Freedomflyer and sevenmph Thank this. -
Nuway sounds like they like things the oldway...
Freedomflyer Thanks this. -
Good to see someone post their complaints about a company with so much detail. I don't know if I would have lasted as long as you did with that bucket of problems.
Freedomflyer and Lonesome Thank this. -
I worked for them about 11 years ago on an account in Indiana. They were good to me but I left them due to unreasonable dispatch request. (Terre Haute to Orlando Fl next morning guaranteed delivery.) Getting trucks repaired was always a hassle.
Freedomflyer Thanks this.
