im 23 yrs old and been trucking otr for almost two years pulling a reefer coast to coast but company im with wont pay and owe me thousands of dollars so im going to buy own truck i have the authority and good paying freight and have trailer wanting to no besides the truck what kind of money am i talking for permits license and all the needed insurance and permits to start remember have the authority already would appreciate any help you experienced o/o could give me
