    What compaines out there are some of the best compaines for owner operators to lease onto in the tanker division..pulling outta Nj or the NE area.??

    Don't know but Keystone Freight/ NRT out of Jersey is putting on O/Os at $1.15/mile plus fuel surcharge, no touch loads.
    Call some chemical companies,,some use O/Os in their private fleet.. I hauled direct for one in Baltimore back in the 80's they paid $1.40/mile back then plus tolls..
