O/o fixing up your ride??

No i havent connected the speakers...i know which one is the memory..and theres 2 hot wires..but my issue is trying to turn the stereo on..i connected yellow and orange to the memory wire...and i connected the red wire to both of the hot wires...but it still doesnt turn on...i know which ones are the hot wires..but im having issues with turning on the stereo...and also issue with the ground wire...freightliners are mostly plastic..so theres not much places to ground it..i tried grounding with a bolt..but still getting nothing...

 

Also..all the wires in this freightliner...all the speaker wires are khaki colored with a white strip...the 3 hot wires are 1 khaki...brown..and black..
