O/O looking for a tanker hazmat company

I worked for an O/O who was leased on to HR. They're actually based out of Las Vegas. Lots of loads to Indian reservations in California. If you're trying to stay local in Fresno, they might not work out for you.

 

I spoke with a broker at Bulk Connection today. He said that the bulk chemical tanker market is really hurting right now and has been in decline for around a year. I'm an owner operator looking for a chemical tanker company out of the midwest. I spoke with a representative from CC Cob and she said they're not hiring or bringing on owner-ops.

 

Schwerman Trucking. I'm a company driver, but I know they are still signing O/O as of a couple months ago, just met him at a tankwash, he's based out of NW KY. Also, Walbridge OH terminal stays busy, not sure on their hiring status.
Lastly, the o/o's with Schwerman, all swear it's been the best company in their experience. Ymmv.
