SNI has to O/O programs the Legacy and Choice.

On the Legacy they dispatch your loads for you and you are paid a flat mileage rate plus fuel surcharge per load and empty miles. On the Choice program you the driver chooses the loads of a SNI loadboard you access via the internet. All the pay info is listed for each load.

Does the choice program run percentage as well or just mileage? If it runs both do you have an opinion on which is better? Most people I ask say percentage. How much did they require you to put down on your truck? I have enough saved up for 20% down on a used truck but rather hold on to as much cash as possible. Do you know if there is a minimum experience level for moving to the choice program. I've been researching as much as I can. Right now I'm digging into freight lanes to learn were I should run. Also trying to figure out what type of truck to buy to get good MPG.

On the Choice is pecentage only, iot clearly states what you make per load on the load board. If your credit is good generally nothing down.(The more you spend on a truck the less you take home) Big cities are generally best for freight. I have had a few trucks and I have found that a freightliner tends to be one of the better trucks for guys that really care about profit, bigger dealer net work and the parts for a Detroit tend to be cheaper and easier to fix than a cummins or cat. Best MPG is gained by driver habits, learn to drive slower and you will make more. I tend to set cruise between 56-58 and I do very good. The more you spend on fuel the less you see each week. Be smart about your driving habits.

I was with SNI for 8 mo, before i got deployed. Made descent money, you really have to work smarter on the choice board. I really want to do flat bed work, so im doing a lot of research on that. If i dont go the fb route , i will be back with SNI sometime next year when i get back.

There is plenty of freight around memphis, but it as a cost. Memphis doesnt pay very well, going in is descent. If i remember correctly there is a walmart DC near Tupelo. There is descent paying freight in MS. You need to head mid west if you want to make the choice program work for you. Staying in the south you will starve.....sort of..lol

1.I called sni and asked them for requirements and the recruiter told me as long as I got 3months of experience I will be fine and since I want to run the "choice" program which is pretty much "power only" as long as I have a decent driving record I will be fine is that true?

    2. I will be buying a used truck from the fleet. how good is the amount of ld for the northeast? I'm trying to run pretty much pa,nj,ny,ft,ma,me, de and Maryland

    3. What the Hell is the veterans advantage?

    1. our recruiters seem pretty good and straight forward so if they said that was the case I would believe them.

    2. I have no idea LOL

    3. If you find out what this is let me know. I'll take every advantage that I can :)
