    That's funny.

But it's really not that bad. About an hour or two at the max.

    Lepton1 Thanks this.

You can't just fill it out and send it in, a company has to request/sponsor you to get it. You can't do it without a company.

    Midnightrider909 Thanks this.

Ya think? And you don't suppose a company like landstar or mercer (neither even own a company truck) that does these loads on a daily basis will be the sponsor for their contractors?

They want names, addresses, birth dates, phone numbers, wedding dates, etc for all siblings and step siblings. All contact info and dates for every job held the past ten years. It took my wife and I about two evening or 8 hours to do. Not your garden variety questionnaire.

Yes they wanted all that. I was prepared and had it in hand so was just filling in the blanks. Took an hour or two.

There are sheep and there are wolves in this business. Those that have,.. and those that have not.

Personally, I like a nice lamb chop and its nice to know my ends are met.

I didnt get this way by sitting by idle and just going with the flow. I set myself up to succeed and not afraid to work harder than the guy who is content to just chase miles.
