FYI to anyone thinking about leasing with Schneider. They will no longer accept any old reliable trucks. You will need to have a 2010 or newer tractor and it must have collision mitigation system installed. The sad thing is they are forcing their O/O drivers to comply with this also and have given them until August 2018 to install a $10,000-20,000 collision mitigation system or they are let go. I watched a good safe long time O/O quit this week, very unhappy. This company has changed a lot in the past 3years. I've seen alot of things happen that make me believe they don't care about their drivers at the end of the day. A few associates do but the company as a whole doesn't in my opinion. You are a number.

OMFG How dare you give an honest evaluation.
OH EMM GEE
You are so going to hell dude. -
There are two companies any number of the guys could walk right into and be fat, dumb, and happy, right now, as long as their driving record isn't shot.
Once they start looking, and one figures it out, he'll tell two friends, then they'll two friends.
I mean it's not like it's a huge secret.
I'm not saying a word cause I'm bad troll like the OP. LOLLepton1 Thanks this. -
I just say boycott the Megas! They're one of the reasons why trucking is going downhill.

Has there ever been a time when a driver wasn't "just a number" at Schneider? I guess maybe 70 or 80 years ago lol.
Dave_in_AZ Thanks this.
