OK The Peterbilt dealership in Indianapolis sucks.
I have taken my truck 2 times and both times had to go back because they fix one thing and then they brake something else. They also take their sweet time. I just had the top end done there and now I think they didn't check everything they said they did. Plus when they took it apart they broke off bolts in my head and didn't say a word to me about it. NICE
I need more work done but no where else to go but KW so I guess they are next to get a wack at it...
any one now anyone in INDY that does good work?

Sapp Bros Shop bad experience
Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to warn some of you guys that run into Omaha, NE shop for Sapp Bros. Very bad experience to begin with. For replacing a starter and two wires we got closed to a thousand dollar to find out next day that truck could not be shut-off. To make a long story short we ended-up to their shop again (being towed) and end up with a over two thousand dollars in bill for replacing the starter and ignition switch. Never mind we lost four days of work and stress and aggravation and to end up with a three thousand dollars bill its outrages, really "highway robbery". I will use them with a lot of caution if I were you. I wish I would had known what kind of service they provide. To top up the story is that my driver got out of their garage with a serious air leak (someone must be cut the airline by mistake when replacing the starter or justsabotage") it was not there originally to be told that I need to wait another day to get the part to replace the air line.
They don't care about the driver, his down time or the quality of work that they put out. The only thing that they care about is the $$$$!!!
Never ever experience anything like it before all these years. Outrages.
Looking for some legal advice from the area that we can use. -

The trucks needed to be towed because at one point the truck shutt-off on its own frying the starter.

Just to warn of all you guys about Peterbilt Manitoba, had my truck in for some general maintaince and I wanted a new Eaton 2050ftlb clutch installed. First got a call that my turbo was dusted and needed to be replaced. After I told them I would supply my own aftermarket turbo they changed there diagnosis and said that the turbo seemed ok after all. They also installed a 1850flb clutch. When I pointed out their error, they tried to trick me by showing me a Pace book and cross reference numbers to prove I had the right clutch installed. With the power of the internet I looked up the part number of the clutch they installed and I was right. Long story short 2 hrs in a service managers office, help of parts desk guy alot of ##$%^ I got my 2050ftlb clutch. They couldn't even at least adjust it properly................What I learnt..Always look over your invoice and double check the part numbers. For $5600 one deserve's better service than that..

dallas kenworth ,390$ for an allighnment, had to redue it next day.service manager said loceinto senior yo no habla englis, that sucks when they wont even try to speak english.
houston tx.we had to have our drive line mapped, because of rear end noise, they charged us 3.5 hours labour,no parts, and it books for 30 minutes.when we asked wtf they turned around untill we left and calmed down.what legal right do you have, can you just leave.we felt like we were forced to pay. that sucked -
Doesnt help your situation any but seems to be the norm these days...
Guy i work with has sent his truck to an International/Cummins shop 3 times for anti freeze leak. The truck sits in his shop today with a green puddle under it. He is still fairly calm about it. If i were him, i would be driving it through their front door, with a very detailed note attached describing how to shove it somewhere.
He isnt very mechanical, so he pays to have most stuff done. -
I can also say that Bull Dog in Atlanta sucks ,They sell junk trucks stay clear of them!
Vampire Thanks this.
