O/O's with own authority, How do you bill ??

    When on the road so much, how do you bill/invoice your customers once loads are delivered ?? I'm thinking of setting up some sort of software on my laptop so I can do it from the truck but would like suggestions. Also, do you have the checks mailed to your home or is there a company that many of you use to take care of that ??

    For $10 a month you can get an internet faxing service. I use Rapidfax. Scan and email. When you get a fax it shows up in your email with an attatchment. PDF file so that you can print it.

    If you are out of town A LOT have your checks mailed to your accountant.
