I am having issues with data transferring from my OBD/diagnostic port on the truck. There is power at the port, but no data transfer. Has anyone ever encountered this? I am thinking a wire has broken somewhere. This is in a 2001 Kenworth T2000. I am having issues with my elog (Keep Truckin') recording drive time automatically. They had asked if data was transferring if something was hooked to the diagnostic port. After checking this, no data is flowing. Any ideas?

Plug is probably a J1708 connector.
    Pinout of plug attached.
Only way to check datalink wires would be to ohm them back out to the ecm.
Verify power and ground at correct pins. J170 pinout.jpg
