    Observation. If a driver is competent, early to deliver and manages his clock, he will actually wait longer for his next preplan than the driver who squandered his hours, didn’t trip plan, and now is running out of his 14 hour clock. The incompetent driver is the priority.

    The evil backwards world of a semi-mega. Awesome performers are held back by the lowest common denominator, the incompetent driver. Those without hours are a problem that must be solved immediately by load planners. The hustler is ok to put on a back burner, he is safe for now. He is punished. The loser is rewarded.

    My reply of the observations of an incompetent driver to said competent driver

    As said competent driver, why aren't you on your dispatch or load planner about getting a new load prior to delivering so you don't have to wait?
