    Yep guy next to me this morning in a former safest in America gold coloured truck with a Buffalo on it opened the curtains pushed a button on elog . About 12 minutes later threw out a cup of questionable liquid pushed a few more buttons on elog then left the lot flat to the floor . Never even opened the drivers door.PS he had the 1000000 km safe driver logo too lol

    Yeah my first trainer a manly lady, told me "I'm not a mechanic." Never opened her hood. One time l did when was on her rig and it was two gallons low on oil. Company truck so she didn't care.

    If I have a bad tire I would prefer to take care of it at the truck stop than on the side of the road.

    Find an air leak, pull it into the shop. Or wait for a capable mechanic or a tow.

    I don't do a pre/post trip for the company or DOT, I do it because it's my butt in the seat that has to deal with things when they go wrong.
    Anyone not checking their equipment is a fool.
