so i have a dui from april of 2009 from colorado but i have never had a co license and my ohio mvr has nothing on it and my ohio license has never been suspended. the only time the dui even shows up is as a misdomeanor on a background check. Is there anywhere that i can drive in this current situation?

you better make sure you get all fines paid and keep your nose clean but a dui is a dui and all the companies out there frown on them big time

The question you have to answer on ALL applications is like this:

Traffic Convictions in the last 3 years.

And with a DUI that's only a year old, you will not get hired by anyone.

Is it listed as a DUI or a reckless. Also, were you issued citations or were the charges done through a warrant. If by warrant, they may have failed to forward citation copies to the DMV which is why it is on your criminal history and not your driver's.

And paying the fine is considered a guilty plea.
