Odd that a truck driver is responsible for finding sabotage but a pilot isn't

    Intentional sabotage? Hardly ever.

Doing a tug test doesn't prove a god #### thing. You need to get under that trailer and look at the jaws. I do it. Birds and bees do it. It won't take anything out of your time and will give you peace of mind about the dreaded SABOTAGE!!

Only took me one time back in 1997 to get me to go under the trailer and shine a flashlight on the jaws. And I had pulled the trailer out of a dock up a small grade into the street before it came loose. That dry van loaded at 45,000 took a long time to crank up far enough to get the tractor back under it.
And any time I am out of sight of my truck I do a walk around. Yep. Peace of mind.
