I know there's no OT until after 50 or 60 hours, which they typically won't allow to happen. What's the top rate for P&D? Been told starts at 22/hr, what's the progression timeline?

Any tips for interviewing with them? I know a little about the culture from reading posts here.

I just applied for a linehaul position today hopefully i hear from them soon.

I read from here and other sources that its a 3 yr progression meaning you hit max pay your 3rd yr

Heard p&d caps at $28 something

It’s a good bet any company paying OT won’t have many long runs, if any.

Nice enough folks, but the usual corporate double-speak and contradictions. Look up their chart of values if you're thinking of hiring there. It looks like someone found an image of some columns and then started pasting every positive word in their thesaurus on top of it. Until it lost all meaning.

When companies say they want a family atmosphere they are seeing themselves as the dad in the family.

When I was in the city, an Old Dominion driver and I were comparing pay scales at one of our stops. Our guys get paid overtime after 40, but their guys were making $2.50 more per hour. It turned out that our pay was exactly the same at 50 hours. Less than that, he did better, and more than that, I did better. He was complaining about being worked to death and I was wishing I was worked more (I was usually working around 45 and he was usually working around 55 or more). If our roles were reversed, we'd have the same complaints as the other guy.
