I was passing through oregon today and just past salem i was pulled in for level 3 inspection by oregon dot, officer gave me 2 warnings for exceeding 11 hours on one date and exceeding 14 hours on another date, both of them are wrong as i told the officer i was in Canada on those dates and my eld shows canadian locations on those dates but he won’t bulge and said you were in north dakota and minnesota as per my computer so i can do nothing but issue warning for these 2 violations. He f uped my record for literally nothing, what should i do?

Not much you can do since they’re warnings. If you weren’t in the States at all on those dates you could spend the time going up the ladder at Salem to try and get something done about it.

Written warnings?
Or....
Warnings on the inspection form??!

What is a "false warning violation?"

Were you in Canada part of the day and in the US part of the day?
-
There is no such thing as a "warning" on the standard North American Inspection. If there are rule numbers listed under violations those are violations being sent in to the Feds AS VIOLATIONS. You might have been verbally warned about possible state charges. @ZVar and I have talked about this before.
I don't know how it is done in Canada. In the USA DOT/CVSA/MCSAP certified state officers have been known to issue federal inspection forms alongside state charges that a driver has to take to court, or if possible pay a fine to settle. -
Those are now on your PSP report, if Canada participates in that US program. If you got a fine and ticket for those violations you can fight it and get it removed, if you win. Since it's a warning, I don't think you can get it removed. Maybe you can. Others know much more about the process than I do.
