ODOT Issued me a false warning violation on Level 3 Inspection, Help!

Its was literally the 7th day if i count back the days from the day i was issued inspection report. I was driving from Ontario to BC then Load to California. I was on the HWY 1 thru Ontario and Manitoba which is very close to border of Minnesota and North Dakota. Probably the location said something like x km east of x location ( Samsara eld does this) and the x location could be in US. But that doesn’t mean i was in US, it was just catching up nearest major city and miles from that city or town. Having said that, on my eld and log it only says Thunder bay, Winnipeg etc all Canadian locations.

 

I will provide proof and fuel receipts as well
