Dude!!!! Word up!!!!! A report is necessary!!

Honestly, I’m pulling for him. This dude has onions the size of grapefruits and I respect that. Doesn’t mean I think it’s gonna turn out well, but I respect the guts to go for it

    Fingers crossed

There is a difference between having brass ones and being an incompetent fool......

Sadly many nowadays don't know the difference

80k, m-f, home every night. Hired sight unseen without so much as a road test.

hmm, something tells me the op and this too good to be true company deserve each other.

    Best of luck.

    JReding and Dumdriver Thank this.

So, showing up on your 1st day TOTALLY unprepared to do the job required is prolly a bad idea?

This guy will not make it as a local LTL driver, not going to happen, but I give him credit for getting the job. He has Potential, but needs to learn to drive. Never drive an auto if they are new, LTL, you can make a lot of money, but you have to run, multiple stops and then be ready for p/u `s. you`ll find lots of other LTL drivers trying to make the same delivery. Im sitting at a stop, 2 docks, both with trucks in there, im blocking area so no stupidity happens, because im next one in the first available dock. This truck driver pulls up, comes over to me, " Are you waiting for the docks?" I look down at him " What do you think?" Stupid , Stupid, Stupid. He sees the docks have trucks in them. The right question is " How long you been waiting?"

    Dumdriver Thanks this.

This guy went out and actually got a Great Job, but did not qualify for it. If he gets the experience ,and stays out of trouble, he will do GREAT.
