I noticed that they will be requesting a 10 year MVR when I get my CLP.

I already have the job I want, I'm getting my Class B to help lower the insurance they pay and for job security in the future.

Why do they do this check and what will disqualify me? They're going to find a failure to yield (03/13) and Marijuana possession license suspension (6/10)

I'd be worried about the weed. This profession doesn't exactly like drugs...

But it's also 7 years old so you got that going for ya

    Lucanesti Thanks this.

Well thankfully I never did drugs :)
I also do not partake in the marijuana anymore. It ran it's course on me. Maybe in another 20.

If I may ask where you sourced 7 years over 10? Do you have any source for what is actually a disqualifier vs what employers won't like? Not worried what potential employers think. I'll have a clean 10 by the time that it matters if ever.

    Thanks for your time.
