I personally don't have issues. Our company does. Past drivers have made us a target. I've been inspected there more than any other state.

The guys in the flatbed and heavy haul forum are even talking about the bears running rampant here in Ohio. I'm thinking about taking tonight off, tbh.

She said she liked your truck, and you didnt offer to take her for a ride? Maybe thats why she gave you the ticket?

I got stopped in Ohio in my PV, doing 74 mph on Interstate 80 a few years ago. I saw troopers every few miles in the center median waiting.....I had my cruise set on 74 mph, and the limit is 70 mph.

    Trooper pulls me over.
I rolled down the passenger window, because the windows are illegally tinted and I wanted him to be able to see in. He asked me where I was going, where I was coming from, and why. He told me twice the speed limit is 70 mph. Wrote me a warning, so that was nice. I asked him if he liked my car, and he wouldnt say.

My GXP is a southern car,and it had the dark tinting when I bought it in St. Louis.

Worked with a guy who’s brother was Indiana State Police. He said they tried their best to grab out of state trucks and cars as often as possible to avoid taking money from Hoosiers. I’ve been pulled over multiple times and as soon as they see my drivers license, it’s easy street.

Ohio on the other hand blows. Can’t even go in the rest areas on 70 without them being there.

    DTP and bryan21384 Thank this.

native hoosier here. in a cmv i’ve been running 68-70 in indiana for years, no issues. my pv on the other hand - rap sheet a mile long.

ive seen dot and osp in ohio let MANY trucks go by that i know were speeding and/or had easy light infractions at minimum - i see this every day.

ill run tonight as usual, i am expecting no issues.
