WiseOne's Comments, ####! I was hit by an egg thrown from an overpass in my big rig one day, right smack on my windshield and it scared the CRAP out of me...I could have punched their teeth down their throat, but darn I still wouldn't kill them! WOW.

I remember a while back when people were angry over a plan to ban waterguns because some kid got shot for squirting somebody. Or something to that effect.

Like the old saying goes "it is funny until someone gets hurt".

This idiot put peoples lives in danger.

Would it still be "just throwing eggs" if a driver lost control of the car and died or killed someone else?

As far as I'm concerned, the gene pool just got cleaned up a little bit.

We had an incident in Jacksonville some years ago where a guy driving along I295 got a cement block dropped on him from an overpass, I beleive it was firestone Rd. This cement block went through his windshield and killed him instantly. The car then ran off the road and into the woods and disappeared. It took 3 months for anyone to discover him.

I had kids drop objects on me on I-40 WB in AZ around the 293 overpass, luckily it missed my windshield. It looked like rocks to me. Obviously there was nothing I could do except call the local authorities and provide the best description I could. Luckily it was not at night.
I was hauling A/C units and they can't take any kind of trauma like falling rocks.

Sad that this kid had to die for doing something stupid, but at the same time, he could have killed someone else because of his actions, as well. Common sense is a dying trait.

I am defiantly with Ronno on this one.. if you have somebody sneaking around in your yard you should not have to take the chance that person is going to get a upper hand on you... Its your property and you should have a right to protect it.. Sure it was just eggs but was this man aware it was just eggs? He shouldn't have to take a chance to find out...

I remember a few years back in Texas where they have my favorite gun laws.. Somebody was sneaking around in this man yard and he shot.. Well it turned out to be his best buddy and the guy died.. Nobody was ever able to figure out why the guy was sneaking around but being in Texas, he knew he had a chance in getting killed by doing so.. If your willing to take the chance you better be able to accept that you may die...

Indiana, just about a month ago a guy heard somebody in his yard. A strange man was out there so the owner got a gun and confronted the man. The owner never did shoot and nobody will ever know why becuase he was killed becuase he didnt see the second guy (they caught them by the way) Here in Indiana we pretty much have to shoot them drag them inside the house and take a knife and cut yourself up a little, then place it in the hand of the robber to call it a justified shooting. Indiana you shoot somebody that is in your house (robber) he pretty much can come back and sue you... as it is now your gun pretty much only can be used as a scare tactic.. Might as well not even have it loaded becuase you shoot it you have a pretty good chance spending a few years in jail..

Law should be in my house or far as that goes "sneaking around" my property I should be able to fire...

Ban waterguns, real guns, and eggs, , BAN EVERYTHING DAM IT. That's the liberal way, something happens they call for a ban on everything associated with it.
