Oil Analysis results few questions

I always go by trend over about 3 samples rather than one sample. Still, the silicon and sodium seemed a little high which points to water and dust, mine are usually close to zero on my Cat, but you've got to look at past samples and compare.
With iron like that I'd be cutting the oil filter open to see what I can find. Iron isn't at disastrous levels at the moment, around 200 - 500 ppm is when you really start worrying when it is over a couple or more samples. I'd take another sample half way to your next oil change. I don't think anything will go bang with a relatively low iron content at the moment, but the next sample will tell.
