Oil temperature too high

    Those sensors can work and be way out of range. Kinda blows your theory.

    Yes replace the thermo and let us know how it works out.
    Most places probley sell the guy a compleat cooler when it's only a thermostat. They make more $ that way.

    some have asked if i have an oil temp gauge, which i don't when I was driving the old one dosnt comes with the all trucks so which is more important? or both equally?
