Retraining with CRST was a bigger mistake than my DUI back in May. Well maybe not, but it feels like it.

Guess I better invest in some fuses. Oh and probably look at the driver manual to find where that fuse box is located
SheepDog Thanks this. -
How about I parked so I can get some repair work done. So I disconnected from my trailer but didn't pull out. Then I was told it would be a wait. A few hours later I woke up after dozing off then realizing that I wasn't going to be able to get the work done because I had to deliver my load. So I got out and connected my lines and cranked up the landing gear. Then I proceed to my tug test for the trailer brake as always. As I'm tugging I notice my truck was still moving forward but I didn't know why. Next thing I know I hear a loud boom and felt the truck get rocked. I get out and my lines were stretched out to the max and (my fifth wheel was still released cause i didnt relock it) the trailer was droped. If I moved the truck a few inches more my lines would have popped off. It took me a good half hour to get that trailer back up at 40, 000 +pds with a old dry landing gear. It was on dirt as well which helped it fall even lower. Talk about embarrassing. My arms were sore as heck from that landing gear.

Just today I was feeling smart because I knew where my stop was without looking at the map. I had to turn right at the sign saying there was construction ahead. Needless to say the construction is now completed.
