Well now. I made this Forum a part of me. I love to help others. 2 days ago I woke up to find I have a year to live. So much I can teach you folks. Been through most of it. Smoking is bad. Some people are going to get a real nice road truck. Large car big time road truck. I give the boy my tractor. He bought my other one. I had one built again. $ means little as to our mission. We feed , clothe, America. I have more truck than some. When you close that cab door, understand you are all that keeps a nation moving.
I slam down, 379 Cat,15 over, triple sleeper, all the goodies. Bought it in Maine. Made it mine. 90% mich

Most recent mistake.......putting my truck in the shop that was three buildings down from a strip club.......lmao....can I claim it on taxes as entertainment?
striker Thanks this. -
Letting my wife ride with me a few days cause she wants to see new places. I will bet if she never sees the feedlot in Nogales again it will be too soon. And Hereford, Muleshoe, and a Peelot. After 16 years she finally talked me into letting her go for more than a ride. Don't get me wrong I love and life would suck without her. But the cab of my 359 is small, and she has no sense of urgency lol. Also high hooked the wagon first rattle out of the box, stopped before it went past fifth wheel but barely.
koncrete cowboy and TwinStickPeterbilt Thank this. -

Now Saddletramp, I'm just a greenhorn here, and know you're a unique kinda fella, but that kinda leaves me at a loss of words.
Truth is, no other man can say when we're comin, or going. Not with 100% certainty, in any case.
Maybe they made a "rookie" mistake.
This forum's a part of you, and you are a big part of it. Stick around wise fella, and good ppl are here for you.. anytime. -
Thank Ya my friend. I'm going to ride till I'm done. I make mistakes, I learn from them. Everytime I start that truck I am like a little boy on Xmas day. The chrome, the noise, the wonder. I'm home, in my world. I will truly miss it. I hope Heaven has trucks. All them radios light up, all the noise, of a real truck. Talking 1/2 around the world on a HAM radio. The beauty of the night. Knowing your the boss. That can't be bought or sold, has to be earned.
DoneYourWay, KW Cajun, silver dollar and 5 others Thank this. -
I have no doubt that they have trucks in heaven. I can't imagine it no other way.
-
Lol. I've always thought of that. If there is a heaven, there's gotta be a bunch of old hands up there, all with fully customized 379 Petes, ripping up the heavenly highways.
