I'm wondering where the $3000 damage comes from?

I have a truck in the shop thanks to a prime driver taking off the hood, there is other damage they are working on but it is well over $9k, so does this mean that the other driver who did the remodeling, gets a drug test?

 

I think he's talking about if the damage comes out to more than $3000 then you need to take the test

 

"Back in the day of carbon paper and typewriters" there was a numerical dollar amount that tripped the need to mail the DOT an accident report which was eliminated when the current procedure started.

That dollar figure has been miss-used and exaggerated in dollar amount almost as much as the need for pure white sheets on your sleeper matress in CT.

Isn't the term 'clean white sheets'?

Are plain white sheets even available these days?
And clean? If you sleep on them once they can no longer be considered clean, so you would have to change them every morning.
