As long as the economy is in the crapper and the CDL mills keep pumping out steering wheel holders, pay is going nowhere.

Better planning on the part of carriers, shippers and receivers and we will still be able to make a decent living from it.

If this were about safety our white house boy P-BO would proabably sign an executive order enacting it. If the HOS aren't overhauled in a sensible way in conjunction with elogs, it will be one more thing to drag down an already crumbling economy.

Isn't it funny how the ATA is the bane of truckers right up to the point it serves the purpose of the poster?

Simply amazing. You do realize your arguing two different points right. I mean I understand you have focus issues and all. This discussion is about mandating elogs over paper logs to enhance compliance.

But believing a persons reflexs and focus are better or at best unaffected by being on duty 14 hours indicates a need for a helmet in my opinion.

Take your restart wherever you wish. If you would pay attention I believe the entire 70 hr rule is silly. I also believe free lunch programs for the feeble minded are silly. I get to put up with both.

As for your and the other childs remarks about friends:biggrin_25518:
Well I would expect nothing less of someone displaying your character.

See character shows through, just as I said.

At least the Perry Mason spin off tried to be clever. Or was that Jerry McGuire hard to keep people's fantasies straight you know.

Used the ATA and FMCSA because one of their own former researchers says elogs along with the current HOS should not set the standard.

Just a thought---Why do you have quotes from "Atlas Shrugged" in your signature line? Elogs is very similar to the "equalization of opportunity act" brought into place early in that book., the flawed reasons for enacting it anyway

    Injun and Cowmobile Thank this.

It's ok to lose an argument Tazz, it happens to the best of us once in a while. If you need some therapy or crying time, no one will hold that against you.

    Cowmobile Thanks this.
