The only thing I know is that fuel can be hard to come by so that would be the biggest issue I think.

For local work near a filling station, it will be better than a burrito fart.
Finding techs can be an issue if it goes down as well.

I've heard lots of horror stories when a local company bought a dump fleet of kenworths with CNG. Constant problems fueling and freezing up, not filling completely, couldn't finish a day on one full up, etc.

My friends at Cummins said that those CNG trucks are the worst engineered P.O.S. ever built. Cummins, trying to keep Obama's "Green Mafia" happy, rushed through everything to get it ready. There are at least 3 at Cummins at all times.
