Ok so I flunked out of orientation, does this mean that no 1 else will hire me?

Many of the Roadmaster instructors are trying to teach you in a manner to pass the state exam. When I came back and told them of Schneiders standards they thought that was ludicrous. One of them also said that company training is phase 2 and that all they were trying to teach was basic shifting and when backing when you turn right the trailer goes left and visa versa. Well I knew that with Schneider but that's not really good enough with them.

Update: So I got my 40hr certificate of completion with Roadmaster, and have alley docked so many times that I'm literally bored with it. I also went out on the road with a trainer and wasn't nervous at all. All in all, everything went great. I sent the recruiter at Schneider an email and she almost immediately called me. She said that she is going to try to get me in the class next Tuesday, I'm excited. Schneider treated me well when I was there, even when they dismissed me from orientation (although I really wish they had just given me another week. lol) In any case I look forward to attending orientation again and this time completing it.
