Just out of curiosity, were the drivers courteous enough to allow you to back in before they went around you, screaming and honking? Or did they just drive over the median screaming and honking?

I hope you're getting paid enough to cover the aggravation level associated with this gig, considering the fact that you had to do this with a sleeper-cab tractor and 53' trailer.:eek::eek:

I’ve been to the middle of Brooklyn a few times with O/D loads. Just need patience. But the people were kool about helping. One dude was washing the sidewalk in front of his store, I pointed to my windshield and gave a begging sign. He hooked me up.

I like to think of it as building a train and all of the traffic are my cabooses’.. and when they honk I go choo choo!!!! Haha.. I really love when I’m fully loaded and first at the tracks on a two lane street and the cabooses’ pile up while I get this 6 axle up to speed
