I have no felonies or misdemeanors or have ever tested positive on a drug test but I do have an accident back in 2010 while driving a company vehicle.
I was rear ended by some old lady while taking my boss at the time to the airport. Now that happened in California (C Class license and vehicle.)
Will I get flack or make it harder to higher for that?

I wouldn't worry about it, being that old. Have you got a recent copy of your MVR from the Ca DMV? It may have dropped off by now.

If that's the only thing on your MVR, getting rear ended, you don't have to worry.

You were rear ended, don't worry about it. I was rear ended twice in one year (2011) it's never been brought up. In all fairness it doesn't show on my employment driving record but I still list it because you never know when 3rd party douches like DAC may still see it but thats not gonna be a big deal.

Yep, I was rear ended in 2011 and it was never even brought up during orientation at Prime.
