At Old Dominion you can get bumped off a team bid, my buddy works there. It happened to him. Be careful.

Keep in mind that old dominion does layoff drivers when it gets slow as it happened to me more than once.
Another good outfit Estes Express is looking for teams out of Houston. im not sure which terminal is hiring but either way you cant go wrong.
Good luck.LtlAnonymous, QotisFiya and Old_n_gray Thank this. -
R+L lower end of LTL scale. Benefits are decent. All you will see pay wise is 100k. Anything more very hard. I'd look at everyone else over R+L.

All are great answers, technically she’s my girlfriend we’re not married. She’s not working currently at the moment. Our lease is up next month this year. I don’t know, I’m tired of compromising for other people. I’m fairly young (25 years old). I have the money to move, maybe you guys are right. I should just probably wait it out and see what Old Dominion is about. It’s only a interview so it’s not a guaranteed job like UPS in Ohio. I have until the 13th to start Feeder School. I’ve applied for UPS here in Houston and they say it’s absolute 0% chance they will ever hire Feeders off the street permanently.

If you can handle the Windy City (Chicago) they were hiring teams full time and nearly full pay. Louisville is hiring but not full pay and probably have to work Peak season first at $35 an hour, but they have been hiring most people full time if they do a good job.
