Team drivers start at .725 cpm. The cpm aren't split but the miles you accumulate are. For example if myself and a teammate run 6,000 miles for the week, our pay would show up as .725cpm x 3000 miles =$2,175 instead of .3625 cpm x 6,000 miles =2,175 which equals the same pay just different rate format.
This is actually a COMPANY DRIVER position. I'm not an Owner operator offering a 1099 position. I'm trying to join this company as a team driver myself, but they don't help you find a teammate at this terminal. You have to bring your own partner into the company
