    This company has a very very poor way of handling buisness. Poorly treated and verbally abuse not to mention poor low miles. A very rigid contract stating if you leave within 60 days A 200.00 fee will be extracted from last check for a supposed D.O.T Drug Test that's not even close to the cost of it entirely !!!..Even as I put a 2wk..3day notice..4 days later or 10 days from last day with these shady people,I was told by Head of operations ,Even as you gave a two week notice,go ahead and take off terminating my Employment on this Monday which followed by that 200.00 took out my last check that same Friday then told that my check stub would be mailed..so I couldn't see what when how..but do/did rely own the miles /wages owed and ended up short to this exact dollar amount! !!

    If they told you in oreintation that they would take out money before 60 days if you quit,and then you quit,where's the problem ?

    I think he said he stayed there the 60 days and gave them a 2 wk +3 day notice to sum up the end of the agreement
    .... But they fired him instead , so they could take his $

    My last day would been 64 days even if I'd completed my 2weeks..lol..You see.?.he fired me too early on Purpose to collect it..Very Shady buisness practice more of resentment and he's a very rude only one way thinking dude..See?

    Did they give you a reason for firing you?
    Did you file a report with the labor board? Did you contact a lawyer?
    Did you file a report with bb?
    They owe you a explanation for this termination
    ... Don't let them walk away in peace call them and ask for specific reasons for this action other than the obvious reason
    .... I hope you saved the written agreement to show the lawyer

    According to the locals here in Hartsville Tennessee this guy's been at it for years if he needs $200 that bad I rather just exposed them on here the labor board won't back us because we travel across state line and they will refer you to the interstate Commerce Department in DC which would not back you as well because they equal up to the minimum wage law. I never got a copy of the contract he's been doing this a while and off clock in The Town has a horrible evil and reckless reputation as I'm new here.. and by me being Jamaican African American it's going to be hard to prove my case in such a country town like this.. Unfortunately that's just how I'm going to deal with it is exposed him on here but his time is coming thank you so much for the support it's not worth hiring an attorney for lol.. But I have an awesome new employer..His loss..lol..:)
